This oyster kettle kills all parasites (mussels, oyster spats, algae, etc.) and allows them to grow on market-size and half-farmed oysters.
A fuel burner of low consumption as well as a digital thermostat make it possible to control the temperature necessary for the destruction of the parasites.
A basket with adjustable automatic movement allows Australian bags, racks or baskets to be immersed for 2 or 3 seconds with the same treatment time.
Your oysters are thus boiled in the same way for an optimal result.
