Description
The cylindrical scrubber with brushes for whelks eliminates algae, slime and parasites on shellfish.
The whelks are loaded in a regulated way at the level of the hopper of the washer thanks to an elevator or manually.
The brush cylinder of the rotating scrubber allows mixing of whelks and brushing in reverse rotation as well as a washing ramp which eliminates waste.
A crank mechanism adjusts the pressure of the brush on the whelks.
The washing water is then channeled to the ground to be evacuated.
The whelks are packaged directly in baskets or crates or on an inspection belt.
