Description
The cylindrical scrubber with brushes for mussels eliminates algae, slime and parasites on shellfish.
The mussels are loaded in a regulated way at the level of the hopper of the washer thanks to an elevator or manually.
The brush cylinder of the rotating washer allows mixing of the mussels and brushing in reverse rotation as well as a washing ramp which eliminates waste.
A crank mechanism adjusts the pressure of the brush on the mussels
The washing water is then channeled to the ground to be evacuated.
The mussels are packaged directly in crates or trays or on an inspection belt.
